Meet Our New Owners
Russ Richards, Jr., head of Kapnick’s Real Estate Practice Group, joined in 2012. He has been pivotal in growing our expertise in the real estate sector. Russ has strengthened client relationships by crafting tailored risk management strategies for commercial, habitational, and manufactured housing markets.
Andrew Kapnick leads Kapnick’s Manufacturing Practice Group. Since joining in 2015, he has tackled the unique challenges manufacturers face. Andrew ensures clients receive innovative solutions, competitive rates, and industry-focused advocacy.
Brian Pilarski, one of Kapnick’s top commercial risk consultants, joined in 2023. With over 20 years of insurance experience, Brian has elevated our commercial insurance offerings. He builds strong client partnerships and delivers best-in-class results.
