While in the past, Kapnick Strive has only been available to Kapnick’s group benefits clients, our services have recently expanded! Now any organization can engage Kapnick Strive.


I admit, I was skeptical about health coaching. I thought the Strive coaches would just tell me to drink more water. But I needed to do something, since I was pre-diabetic. During my coaching sessions, we focused on my nutrition and physical activity. By the end of the six sessions, I redid my blood work. My HDL had come back into the normal range, my glucose went from 179 to 149, and my A1c went from 8.1 to 7.8. I also lost 13 pounds, and feel like I have more energy. I’m so glad I participated and worked to improve my health!

After Strive conducted their repeat participant study, we found that the average claim cost for those participating in Strive was 46% lower than those who did not participate in Strive. On top of that, we discovered that there was a 48% increase in “Ideal Risk” participants, and a 38% decrease in “Very High Risk” participants.
