Earn an associate degree while launching a rewarding career! Kapnick Insurance’s two-year apprenticeship program is for young professionals with minimal or no college credits who want to earn an associate degree while simultaneously jump-starting a rewarding, stable career. Apprentices will split their weeks between college coursework and on-the-job learning. The program provides comprehensive professional and academic support. Kapnick covers the apprentices’ tuition as they build a bright future in the insurance industry. Upon program completion, the apprentice will not only have an Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration from Jackson College, be a licensed and knowledgeable insurance professional, but also receive a promotion in a post-apprenticeship, full-time role at Kapnick.
