When it comes to starting your career, we know that working with teams and on projects that are meaningful is important. All of the teams at Kapnick are constantly solving challenging problems and impacting thousands of clients. One of these teams could be a perfect match for you.

All of our interns have a hand in building products and services that are changing the insurance world – from risk management to claims advocacy and everything in between. At Kapnick, you’re given the freedom to take risks and the ability to use your knowledge to tackle tough problems. Interns and full-time employees work hand-in-hand to empower each other and share ideas constantly.

We’ll match you with both a manager and mentor for support through your internship. In addition, you’ll meet with key leaders and innovators across the company. Every day you’ll work alongside some of the friendliest and smartest people in the business – in a transparent environment where hard work is expected and fun is never forgotten. From Q&As with the CEO to company-wide baseball games, you’ll never have a dull moment and will always have an opportunity to learn and grow.

Apprenticeships

Get an unbeatable experience at Kapnick Insurance.

Earn an associate degree while launching a rewarding career! Kapnick Insurance’s two-year apprenticeship program is for young professionals with minimal or no college credits who want to earn an associate degree while simultaneously jump-starting a rewarding, stable career.

Apprentices will split their weeks between college coursework and on-the-job learning. The program provides comprehensive professional and academic support. Kapnick covers the apprentices’ tuition as they build a bright future in the insurance industry.

Upon program completion, the apprentice will not only have an Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration from Jackson College, be a licensed and knowledgeable insurance professional, but also receive a promotion in a post-apprenticeship, full-time role at Kapnick.

Kapnick interns and apprentices are driven, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a professional setting. They come from diverse educational and personal backgrounds, bringing fresh perspectives and unique talents to the team. These individuals are passionate about gaining hands-on experience in the insurance and risk management industry, while actively contributing to meaningful projects from day one.
