Quick Facts: The Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), 2021 was passed by Congress on December 21, 2020 and signed into law on December 27. 2020. This COVID-19 relief bill includes provision for employers to make temporary changes for health and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
